Forum of Federations in partnership with the Arab Women Organization (AWO) conducted four two-day training sessions for women in political parties from the four governorates in Jordan. The training sessions started in Madaba. This program increases the capacity of young women in their new roles as leaders to mobilize other women in their local communities by providing leadership skills, familiarity with the new decentralization law, civic education, social media and perceptions of women leadership.
