As the world copes with COVID-19, devolved governments are no exception. In this supplemental series to Forum of Federations original series looking at federal countries, practitioners and experts from around the world will share perspectives on how devolved governments have dealt with the pandemic response. The authors will also examine possible future implications of the crisis on the governance system.
