Hosted by the Inter-State Council Secretariat of the Government of India in partnership with the Forum of Federations, the Fourth International Conference on Federalism will take place in New Delhi, India. Governments, elected officials, civil servants, selected scholars and young practitioners of federalism from around the world will be participating in this conference, as they did in the international conferences on federalism in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada, in 1999; St. Gallen, Switzerland, in 2002; and Brussels, Belgium, in 2005. |
