Past Events

The Forum organized a study tour of Switzerland for the Inter-State Council Secretariat (ISCS) which took place October 16-18, 2006. Amitabha Pande, ISCS secretary, was accompanied by Forum vice-president Raoul Blindenbacher,and Rupak Chattopadhyay, the Forum's Asia-Pacific region director to meetings with the Swiss Justice Ministry and Conference of Cantonal Governments in Berne.
