Forum advises Fiscal Commission
Two experts were provided by the Forum of Federations to work with Sudane's Fiscal and Financial Allocation and Monitoring Commission (FFAMC). Dr. Michael Bell of George Washington University in the United States of America and Rory Riordan of South Africa worked with the Commission in Khartoum from March 18 to 25, 2007. They held workshops and meetings to provide advice to the Commission on (interalia) data management needs (the current status and solutions), of the financial transfer formula, and a comprehensive discussion of the capacity-building needs for the FFAMC.
