Managing Sub-national Debt - Abuja, Nigeria 2003On July 9-10, 2003, the Forum held a two-day exploratory session with the Nigerian Debt Management Office in Abuja on the prospects for sub-national debt management in Nigeria. The sessions explored international experiences in this regard, as well as laid out a plan for further cooperation with the Debt Management Office on matters of fiscal federalism. |
