Global Dialogue Theme 5 - Foreign Relations in Federal Countries

The Foreign Relations theme is being coordinated by Hans Michelmann.
Hans Michelmann has a PhD in political science from Indiana University. He has written books, articles and book chapters on the European Union, German, and Canadian politics, and on international relations in federal systems. He has served on the board of directors for the Canadian Political Science Association and the Canadian Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences. He is currently professor of political studies at the University of Saskatchewan.
