- Speaking of Federalism
Speaking of Federalism is an exploration of the ideas that were generated at the International Conference on Federalism in Saint Gallen, Switzerland in 2002, as expressed in the words of the participants. It is a compilation of ideas on what federalism means in the minds of those who practice it in a dozen countries.

- Mont-Tremblant CD-ROM
The Forum produced 3000 copies of a CD-ROM containing speeches, background papers, as well as video and audio clips from the 1999 Mont-Tremblant conference on federalism. The CD-ROM was designed to disseminate the lessons learned at the Mont-Tremblant conference and to constitute a permanent record of the proceedings of the conference.
