As part of its federalism capacity program in Burma/Myanmar, the Forum has begun building local federalism training capacity. Through an intensive "Training of Trainers” ("ToT”) program, the Forum’s international expert team educated more than 80 local trainers to deliver federalism workshops. The ToT does not only include training on federalism content, but also on training methodologies. The best qualified local trainers were selected by the Forum’s international expert team and tasked to deliver township level trainings for community and youth leaders. In a first training pilot phase, more than 1,200 beneficiaries are currently being educated on basic concepts of federalism through more than 30 field trainings across the country. The field training is implemented in cooperation with Myanmar Egress and Euro Burma Office. The Forum’s work in Burma/Myanmar is funded by the Government of Canada. **Please Note that this program is running til March 2016** Collection of Photos from each event Photo group 1 Photo group 2 Photo group 3 Photo group 4 Photo group 5 Photo group 6 Photo group 7 Photo group 8
