This program seeks to promote the leadership role of women within federal, multilevel and devolved systems of governance and give women skills and concrete examples on how to assume leadership roles.
Track 1 of the program will build a speaker series on Gender and Leadership on the Forum’s Website. Interviews with prominent female practitioners in government, civil society and academia will be posted on the Forum’s website and will provide discussions on the role of women in governance and examples of how to achieve greater participation for women within these institutions. As Track 2 the Forum will develop a training module of simulation exercises, entitled “Women and Federalism: leadership in federal, multi level and devolved systems of governance”.
